ok so the FDA tightened there belt on not letting gay donate blood or if youve had sex with a man since 1979 if you are a man.

Do you think gays shouldnt be allowed to donate blood for fear of having hiv/aids (theyre reasoning) or do you think its just discrimation because statistically african americans carry the disease over 70% of the time. They can donate though, and the blood is thuroughly tested anyway.

I heard it on the radio and i think its FUCKED up what do you think.
