You know, I don't particularily care whether some unknown person online rates my pictures a 1 or a 10. We all have our own tastes as to what we find visually appealing. I know I do. But What I would like to understand is what does it accomplish to rate someone else's picture a 1? If that person has fairly low self esteem, it has the capability of truly hurting their feelings and dampening any growth for them. Rating someone a 1 is nothing short of cruel and trying to make yourself feel better, prettier, sexier, etc.. than someone else and what that does in essence is make you essentially uglier.
