Ok, so I'm a waitress and I generally like my job. The people that I work with are sooo much fun (including managers) and the majority of the time I meet some awesome people there! Most of the time I make pretty good tips, but often I have days where I work my butt off and make TERRIBLE tips and just feel like giving up.

So here's my question, should I stick with it and hope for better days or just quit and find something better, leaving behind the 2.5 years of seniority I've earned there?
