| I recently returned from deployment and currently looking to buy my first home. I am stuck between two homes currently. One has a 1 car garage, slightly smaller family room and slighty smaller 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, but has an amazing fully finished basement set up for home theater, and already has a built in bar, and full bath. The second one has larger family room with fireplace, larger 2nd / 3rd bedrooms, 2 car garage. Both home are almost identical in price. and roughly the same driving time from base. Opinions? Comments? Adivice? Thanks |
