What is the best way to introduce someone to a new job?
a pile on the work; let 'em sink or swim
b go slowly though job tasks/expectations; be sure the job is understood
c let the person feel their way; offer help/comments when they do wrong or d what they're doing makes you crazy
e my way/highway approach
f pair the new person up with an experienced one; do the shadowing thing
g wait until the new person asks for help, so you, as an employeer know their areas of weakness/need
