Ok so here's the deal... My neighbors upstairs always complain to us saying were "loud" we try to be quiet, but they always complain to us and our landlady about this or that... Yet we hear them all day every day and it sounds like their either dancing, bowling, dragging dead body's across the floor, and even vacuuming ( on hard wood floors mind you )... The other day my partner left his phone in our friends car so he asked them to borrow their phone to get it back, what happened next really put the icing on the cake... when he asked to use phone she slammed the door in his face, and her girlfriend opened it back up and let him use phone. So today we get home and was talking ( in a normal voice ) on the phone and they start pounding on the floor. We never have complained to our landlady about this, but we both are getting real tired of their BS and dont know if we should complain to landlady and let it all out or not? So to make it a MUMM, should we complain or should we keep quiet?
