After killing his wife and three children, and before taking his own life with a shotgun, Christopher Wood placed loving, apologetic notes on or near the bodies, according to police records obtained by The Associated Press. I think we both know we never should have gotten married, Wood said in a handwritten note to his wife, Francie Billotti-Wood. Nevertheless, he wrote, that does not change that fact that I love you dearly.
In a note to his parents and sister that was also found in the familys rented home in April, the 34-year-old man wrote that he would probably go to hell for what he did.
I have asked for forgiveness on the sins I have just committed. Hope it works, Wood wrote.
He included a quote he attributed to comedian Chris Rock: Life is long especially if you make the wrong choices. Police records suggest that Billotti-Wood, 33, was considering leaving her mentally ill husband, and that her heavy spending had contributed to the familys $450,000 debt.
Here's the Question..Religious or not..If someone commits crimes like these..ask for forgivness then offs himself , do you think his sins are forgiven ?
Here's what I think..you cannot live and evil life and never try to improve until the last minute and expect to be saved..
With that said I also believe that he was mentally ill..and the bible say lord has mercy on babes and fools..so if he honestly was screwed up in the head..it is possible to be saved..
Either way we are not his judge or his jury..
