| Ok so my landlord is a "slum lord" and won't fix the windows in my place. During the winter I'm basically heating the outside because of huge gaps between the window and the window frame. During the summer I fry because you can't open the windows without them coming out of the frames. My lease is up in July. Should I stick it out (I've been there for 3 years) and hope that he fixes the place? Or should I pack up and move to another place? |
