SONGBIRD the songbird’s soothed my ears and touched my heart. it brought us together when we were apart. it sent chills through my body that made me shake. it healed all the pains, that made me ache. she took me to a place that i had never been. when i will return i know not when. i will just stay in this place to hear the song. a joyful melody that I shall enjoy all day long. maybe she is an angel, a muse, or a fairy. i know she is not close but the song does carry. i can hear the songbird in the day and into the night. when the song comes to me, everything goes right. maybe i can catch the songbird with a magical ring, so i can love her and everyday i can hear the songbird sing.

OUR DAY it is our day today, so let the singer sing. let the song be of the joy in our hearts, and what this day brings. it is our day today; i give you this wedding band. let the circle symbolize our pledge of eternity, as i place it on your hand. by the power invested in the preacher, from the lord up above. let him join us in holy matrimony, as we declare our love. everyone has gathered both family and friend. let them witness our bond, which will never end. it is our day today, the one dreamt of our whole life. today we stand together, as husband and wife. the smiles on our faces show the joy in our heart. let us always be together, and never grow apart. may the lord bless us and keep us, in this we pray. there will be many days to come, but this is our day today.

NO GREATER LOVE there is no greater love that I have found from anyone. than the love of my creator who has given his only son. therefore, that i may live, to be free from sin. with the love of my creator, i know i can win. there is no greater love that I have found down here. than the love of my creator, that eases my fear. a love that fills me up, and makes me want to shout. there is no greater love, than what i am talking about. with his loving touch, he wakens me everyday. so the least i can do is kneel to him and pray. i thank him for the blessings he had given to me. blessings that fall down upon me like the leaves from a tree. let them fall on me, and never touch the ground. i can truly say there is no greater love that i have found.

THE BOOK i think there is a book for lovers to be. everybody’s name is in it, everybody but me. whoever wrote this book somehow must have forgot. there is a love for me, no i think not. why am i the one who has to deal with this pain? i sit at the window and stare into the rain. is there a love for me will it ever be. i sit here and wait just waiting to see. seeing couples walk by with a gleam in their eye, puts a hurt in my heart, and makes me want to cry. maybe it is a page, that fell from the book. if i knew where it was i would take a look. to see why i am alone with no one to hold. on long winter nights so lonely and cold. if i could find this book i would write my name down. so that i can wear a smile, instead of this frown. is it too much to ask that i have love too? i want someone to kiss , someone i can call boo. i guess i am destined to be all alone. with no one to love , no one of my own.

HALLOWEEN here is a ghostly tale that I must reveal. a tale of how the ghouls of the night look for souls to steal. how the banshee’s cry make you tremble with fear, knowing your demise soon will be near. vampires on a blood lust on this night of all nights. and the rabid dog wolfmen add to the fright. mummies come from their tombs and walk all around. and zombies left and right crawl from the ground. so watch you step and stay out of sight. for this is the chaos of Halloween night.

her name is brandy, and i love her flavor on my lips. her body a flawless form, i love the curves of her hips. she intoxicates my mind, and stimulates my soul. i want to keep her forever, to have and to hold. getting better with age as time passes by, brandy is the only one that can catch my eye. i’ll never look away and never stray. i’ll give my love to her day after day.
