Hey, folks. I'm interested in a lot of things, but as you can probably tell from my name, I love cryptozoology and all types of Fortean research. I read books about it, research it, and actually write my own essays and articles about it. I love reading in general. However, I appreciate a good movie too and I have a substantial DVD collection (around 1000 DVD's), consisting mainly of horror (real horror movies, not the PG-13, mainstream shit that passes for horror these days), sci-fi, and fantasy. I'm also a big fan of music. All kinds of music interest me (except for rap and Top 40 pop nonsense). I'm especially interested in all kinds of metal (mainly black metal, death metal, goth metal, and power metal), and a lot of alternative folk/country like Munly, Slim Cessna, The Handsome Family, The Tarbox Ramblers, etc. And of course, it is entirely possible that Tom Waits is actually god. As for television, I don't watch much of it, but I enjoy old sitcoms, game shows, nature shows, cooking shows, and of course I cried like a baby the day that Mystery Science Theater 3000 went off the air.

Confidential, An American Werewolf in London, Dark City, Reservoir Dogs, Excalibur, V for Vendetta (a recent fave).
