I pity thee whose fate has brought them to this page..Well here it is.. I finally dived into the world of 'Social Networking' here @ LostCherry.And so far I'm not really clear on what to think about it..Within seconds after joining, I was receiving add requests for new 'friends' and being given an outlandish rating of 10 for my profile photo.Now.. wow.. I'm far more popular then i could have ever imagined.. But how is that so.. I have not even posted a word about myself.Well I quickly discovered the truth behind all the attention. It was nothing more then a ploy to fulfill a hidden agenda. All these new 'friends' were all just seeking to earn a new level of 'cherrism'It seems it's just common practice to pounce on the new arrivals and 'welcome' them.Well that seems like a great gesture, a friendly welcome to the community, but again there seems to be an alterer motive to all this 'friendliness'.Personally, I'd much rather people welcome me without then rating me.. and please don't consider yourself a friend you don't know me... YET..I'm someone that respects honesty, and from what I've seen here so far, LostCherry.. promotes anything but.Don't get me wrong, people need incentives, Although in its current form, LostCherry has left me wondering how can anyone find a 'true' friend(s), when the focus is geared so much towards who can out Cherry the next?Well I think I'll leave it at that.. Should be interesting to see what feedback I get..
