(Was going to post a mum about personal plans, but even my closer friends don't know enough about me, I think, to help with the question that is on my mind... so!)
Am seriously mulling getting in the habit of defriending at least some on my list who -- not to me, but to new arrivals on site and indiscriminately anyone else they can of course (it's not as though they keep a list)- in their (or you, since you may be one and as a friend can read this...) - capacity as Lounge "Promoters", drop ads for their lounges in peoples' comment sections. (Or drop their fubar midgets.)
If someone's just arrived on site in the last day or two for the first time- in the last 5 seconds, in one case - seems to me a polite way to greet them isn't to drop a huge irrelevant (to them!) ad or a self-promoting, give-me-points-if-someone-looks-at-it "midget" on them. It's to welcome them. Still...
I get tunnel vision, and welcome counsel's opposing arguments before I do anything too very drastic.
