So, if i am spending 20 dollars on scratch off lottery tickets. Is it better to buy 1 $20 for a chance to win more, 2 $10 still could win alot but twice the chance, 4 $5 not as much to win but you have 5 chances, 10 $2 or 20 $1 a whole bunch of chances but not much to look forward to.
