Alright so I just thought I would let everyone know how my last couple weeks have gone. My birthday was a week ago today and it kicked ass!!! Turned 21 hell yea! I wasn't able to spend it with Jason because he was out of town working but 2 of my girlfriends and I went shopping all day and everything so it was a lot of fun. Jason got to come home Wed. instead of Friday so a bunch of us went out to the bar so he could buy me a birthday beer....ended up staying for SEVERAL LoL. We had my birthday party Saturday night and it KICKED ASS!!!! All my friends were there (I freakin' LOVE you guys!!)I have pics up from the party...you should definately check them out! LoL. So I'm posting this because I have definately learned a lesson in the last couple days that I thougth I would share with everyone. You see...a friend of mine who I love to death found out about 5 and a half months ago that she was pregnant for the second time. She has the most BEAUTIFUL and happy little girl that I have ever met and had a little boy on the way. The perfect family. Her fiance and her were sooo excited for the new baby. On January 13th....4 months early...she gave birth. The baby boy only lived about an hour and a half. I can't even BEGIN to imagine what she is going thru but I know that everyone is just heartbroken. They definately didn't deserve for this to happen to them...they are the best parents in the world. My friend is 19 years old and has lost a child...it's crazy. Don't take shit for granted people. I have learned that you really never know JUST how short life can be. Let your loved ones know every single day that you love them and live each day to it's fullest. I never imagined anything like this happening to anyone I know...ESPECIALLY these two. I truly truly wish there was something I could do to make things better. I want to help out as much as I can and I am going to...I just don't understand how shit can be THIS unfair. I can't even imagine losing a child.
