| I need help. For it is very possible my 16 year old daughter may need to come live w/me. The problem is someone else who is a bitch(who stole my child, long story really) has kicked her out, but she's evil & could call the cops to cause problems for me. What can I do legally to make sure I don't get in trouble for having her come live w/me? She called me last nyt wanting to come stay, but changed her mine, becuz she had some where to go. Ryt now one of the evil bitch's kids is letting her stay w/her. She's not allowed to go get her clothes & toiletries, which I feel is child neglect. Her kid won't let me talk to her either & didn't realize I had called to see if she was ok, cuz she was crying so bad last night, becuz she hid it from her. So I really don't want her stay there, but my daughter says she's happy. Should I just file for custody anyways or wait for her to want me to come get her. Also please tell me legally what I can do in case the time comes she wants to come here. |
