| I need some opinions from all of you despiratly. Here is the shortened version of my story. A year and a half i was involved with a apartment fire, It was proven not to be my fault. It was electrical issues. There are other factors i could list but wont. Now the insurance company is coming after me for alot of money and was saying i was neglegent when i wasnt. I have court conference on the 10th. Do you think with my evidence i have it would be enough in court to win? They are trying to get me to pay 23,000. I would hear continual loud popping sounds coming from the heater. They are trying to say my clothes basket that was nearby the fire caused it. When i was told the breaker box went bad and the heater arced and set on fire. The basket was far away enough from the heater not to be the start of the fire. No candles were on, no stove was on, and my tree wasnt plugged in. What do you think? |
