| There is an Asian family that lives two houses down from me. I swear they are running a puppy mill, cos there must be 8-10 young dogs/puppies in the outdoor kennel they have in their back yard. They bark and yip and whine all night, and they are never brought indoors for cold or increment weather. The other day, one of their kids (who must have been around 2 or 3 yrs old) was poking sticks thru my fence and throwing rocks at my dog. This is not the first time it's happened, but it is the first time I have caught him in the act. I tried to tell his mom, but I am fairly sure she didn't understand, due to language barriers. I don't want the kid antagonizing my dog anymore! If he does it again should I: |
