as some of u know i have something going on with my right knee.
i was up till recently wearing a brace to walk with, but it has gotten to the point where even with the brace i was in constant pain when walking.
well i went to the ER finally , the dr gave me crutches to walk with and a referal to a specialist dealing in sports injuries.
i go in on the 5 th of march
for now it is bed rest , elevate my leg and stay off it as much as possible... WHICH SUCKS!!!
anyhoo
possible there is little they can do, worse case i get the knee replaced
