At the place where I work they tell us that, "Respect for the individual is a key belief here." From what I can gather it only applies when dealing with customers. They have close to none when dealing with their own employees. So, my question is: What's the best way to deal with these people?

A: Kick them all in the head repeatedly
OR
B: Go postal, and show people everywhere how irritated I was
