Well, so hear me out, if you will.....
I can't decide if I should be a DIY'er and plant seed
OR
Call a landscaper and have sod installed.
So (back story) - about 2 decades ago - I planted a hedgerow along the back of my property. 73 plants along a 200 ft swath. It grew beautifully and many were the day I'd stand (proudly) surveying my handi work. As time progressed, the upkeep became increasingly difficult. A large percentage of the branches had grown thick enough so that my hedge trimmer could not do the job correctly and I struggled to keep up the appearance.
Had an acquaintance offer to come and dig them up and replant them om other property. I did. He did.
I'm now left with an ugly 200 ft swath that needs cleaned up, de-stumpified and "re-planted"
