aloha brothers and sisters! I am a wave of peace and I am flowing to the shore, and then to another shore. This is what I call pure stoke. Pure flow of my being without any effort on my part. No matter what I say, or do, it is pure stoke. And the music that is flowing through me is also a shadow of my being. It wasnt always this way. And it always was. And will be. Only with awareness are you able to understand what I am talking about. It is the awareness that brings pure stoke. Are you with me?
Whenever you remember, be deeply relaxed and feel peaceful, as many times in the day as possible. After a few days, you will feel, without any doing on your own part, that peace has been established. It will follow you like a shadow.
There are many levels of peacefulness. There is one that you can produce just by feeling it, just by giving yourself the deep suggestion that you are peaceful; that is the first layer. The second layer is that of which you suddenly become aware. You dont create it. But the second happens only if the first is present.
The second is the real thing, but the first helps to create the way for it to come. Peace come, pure stoke flows; but before it comes, as a prerequisite, you have to create a mental peace around you. The first peace will just be mental; it will be like an autohypnosis; it is created by you. Then one day you will suddenly see that the second peace has surfaced. It has nothing to do with your doing, or with you. In fact, it is deeper than you. It comes from the very source of your being, the unidentified being, the undivided being, the unknown being, the pure light source.
We know ourselves only on the surface. A small place is identified as you. A small flicker of a light breaking through the cracks as you. A small wave is named, labeled, as you. just within that wave, deep down, is the great ocean. The great ocean of light. So whatever you are doing, always remember to create peace around it. Once you have created peace and some pure flow, something of the beyond will fill it. The music you hear will flow out. The dance you feel will move your body and dance itself. The insights to love come to you and you become love. Your creativity blossoms. You become fulfilled and blissful. All you touch becomes golden. Your breath is heavens air stream. Your words are eternal. Remember, this pure stoke will not come out of your effort. Let it flow freely and purely and without judgement.
Action:
The only thing stopping you from attaining and having the pure stoke flow out of you is you. Remember this. Take charge of your life and become a warrior of your life. Your soul. Start the revolution. The only battle is against your negative mind, your ego, your conditioning, your past. Next time you feel horrible and angry and doubtful and worried, just Stop! Choose to alter your perception based on your past and make your decisions based on what you now choose to experience. Let the music flow through you freely and to the ears of those with them. Join the celebration; it is an amazing and magical fiesta!
