Ok_last yr in Dec. I Bought one of those Acer Aspire laptops for a total amnt of $645.88 at a local Wal-mart supercenter.Later on this year, I purposly damaged it by practically punching the L.C.D monitor whenever the internet wouldn't work correctly. I ship it back to the manufacter for repair under the 1-yr warranty(hwevr it dsn't cover the l.C.D)so it gets snt back 2 me unrepaired While s'posedly The manufacter had tried contacting me.After being unacapable of acessing the web for too long, i order a refurbished notebook from a catalog for $449.97And recieve this I.B.M w/ Windows xp but my acer had vista.i finally recieve a lttr by mail from Acer to call them toll free. They first offrd me a repair price of $650 on the lcd.I come up w/& tell them the screen had been damaged from the time fram they rec'd it/whn it came back so they take the $ dwn to $350.00 then.And give me until Sept 2.08..
Should I A}: Mail in the I.B.M for a Full rfund to fix the Acer
or B}:Keep the I.B.M & lose the money i paid for the Acer |
