Lately I have seriously been considering lap band surgery. Reason being I would like to lose weight, but can not do basic workout routines due to complications from back surgery. So should I:
A: go for it and lose the weight, which should help ease the back pain or:
B: grin and bear it, by relying on medication
PS: if you have had this surgery, your comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated |
