ok, so our economy is not so good right now, car companies are needing bailed out by federal monies paid by tax payers, global warming is on the brink of becoming irreversible within the next five years... THERE IS A SOLUTION!!! Pass into law that hybrid and electric cars are the only transportation legal in the US, allow the citizens to apply for a grant paid for by the federal government which will be enough for the new vehicle... like a stimulus package for those who cannot afford to buy new hybrid/electric vehicles..
Problem: global warming, solution.. hybrid/electric cars, less dependent on oil products
Problem: economy, solution.. stimulus grants instead of bailouts
Problem: car companies going bankrupt... stimulus monies paid |
