i pulled the gas line off the fuel filter. a steady, non stop stream of gas came out. no stop. i turned on the fuel pump, no change.. turned off fuel pump, still a steady stream of gas.. sound like the fuel pump? i cannot hear it over the birds and the neighbor's radio...
and no, i haven't taken the filter off yet... if you've seen the way it's in there, you'd understand...
and no, i can't shoot all the bird to shut them up... no gun..
and no, i can't ask the neighbor's to turn down the radio.... again, no gun...
make up my back yard mechanic wannabe mind...
fyi... it's an 1987 ford ranger xlt, 6 banger, 4x4, etc etc...
