Not so long agao, a 53 year old man had his dog taken off him and destroyed simply because he couldn't pay the exuberant fees to own athe animal. I am a dog owner myself, and struggle like hell every year, on top of every other fees and taxes that go along with being a suburbanite, to pay for the privalage to love a creature. If the system can find a way to make you pay for the good things in life, they will..Anyway, this poor bugga was left dumb founded with what they had done, and is now in a bad state of depression..They made it so awkward for him, by fineing him for not registering his dog, that he just couldn't come up with the fees,the total was about $800, including, the penaltiy for not paying for the last time.He argued with them and eventually told them to"Fuck off".The next day 3 police officers, and 2 reprecentatives from the SPCA, turned up to remove the dog. They told him that he had 7 days to come up with the money, or the dog will be destroyed, Well This is where the fight gets snarly!! the strory hit the News Papers, and offers of support were flooding in, a man offered to pay for the registration and outstanding fees, but they refused to accept his check because it was in another persons name, they made all sorts odf excuses to refuse the public offers, and eventually the dog was desrtoyed...What sort of a mongrel organisation is it ,when because the people working there got upset with him because he abused there methods, and then destroy the animal on a simple vendeter.
Buerocracy are a bunch of mongrels themselves, just like a bunch of dogs, they treated this human the way a dog would treat another dog. "Fight to the Death"..Bloody bastards, they should be shot like a dog, and chucked into a hole just like what they would do..
