The past year was an historic year for the crowning of the first black president. My mom who grew up in the 20's & 30's was more appreciative than me who came up in the 60's. I thought it would never happen in my lifetime. He has a full plate of problems that the previous folks left him with. Some people from this site are giving him criticism and he has not got his feet wet yet. Let him lead for a few years!!!!!! When Bush was bringing this country down nobody said shit!!!!!!!!! We also lost Michael Jackson who was a great artist----he was a global entity!!!!!! My Lakers won the Championship just like they started this decade with.
They always seem like a cool family that accepted everybody. Ted is the last of the brothers who were great leaders of the american govt. Let's hope that family will produce more young folks who will carry the torch. We need more people like them in american society.
This almost 6 months on this site and here's my thoughts
1. The blogs are an excellent way to express yourself
2. Points and rewards are great.
3. Shouts-Private Messages and comments are cool.
4. Some Pics are X rated and to me not cool
5. Mumms need work on the real purpose of asking Questions and staying on that tasks
6. The hustling of young women using Cams to lure you off the site.
What goals do we have to exists on this site?
The shooting today in Pittsburgh is depressing because the dude who had women problems went off on other women and killed himself.Can you get that far gone then go to a LA Fitness and explode. Nobody saw that he needed help----this happens way to much in our society!!!
You get in a serious talk with someone and it get's heated and the person says some offense remarks and you have to respond -----and the fool blocks you. What a damn coward!!!!!!
We need to change racial attitudes and perceptions of each other as a society. The police and black folks has been a problem long before I ever got here. Now that it has national attention and the white house attention maybe something can be done. We don't need another Rodney King situation.
I have seen to much of it in my opinion. He is trying to undue all the things the previous president has done. Make no mistake about it----BUSH MESSED THIS COUNTRY UP!!!!! He was one of the worst president we have ever had. That caused his party to lose the election by 6million votes. You want Palin as the vice president-----pleasse!!!!! I would have taken Stevie Wonder over her. LET OBAMA TRY TO TAKE THE COUNTRY OUT OF THIS MESS----LET HIM LEAD!!!! He needs more than 6months ---let's see after a few years.
On a couple of occasions fubar members get in a serious conversation with each other. Something is said and the response is blocked by the other party. That's in poor taste.
You have ladies who give their address out to men and take them out of fubar to yahoo. Then they make small talk so they present themselves on a Cam to expose themselves to your satisfaction. In most cases it cost money for you to do this. It can get expensive if you do this alot. So when I see a lady do this on fubar that is what I expect.
