THis is not a look at me mumm.. I am just very discouraged and thought I would get some input from others. Yes, I like making mumms.. different prospectives :P
Ok.. I have lost 140 pounds and in the past 20 months I lost 70 of those pounds and over 75 inches. BUT now stuck on a plateau for the past 3 months and gained 5 lbs back though I've still been working out the same - if not harder.Tried a few tricks to get off the plateau - so far nothing working.
I gave my one month notice to the gym... paying $46 /month is a lot to put out when there are no results. I want to lose 40 more to get to my goal.
I know a quick decision today.. too rash? |
