        <description>&lt;p&gt;This is my all time favorite!!! Easy and cheap to make but taste like garlic goodness!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;White Clam Sauce&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;(Easily doubled)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 C olive oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/4 C butter&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 cloves (or more) minced garlic. I use a heaping Tbsp of the jarred minced garlic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3 Tbsp dried chopped parsley&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 5.5 oz cans minced canned clams with juice.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;salt to taste.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Heat oil and butter in sautee pan over med/high heat add garlic.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sautee garlic till golden. then add juice from canned clams. Add chopped parsley. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. then add clams. Simmer 3 minutes more.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Thats it! Done! Its a thin sauce a little goes a long way serve over spaghetti and &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;sprinkle with some parmesan cheese and eat it up!&lt;/p&gt;</description>                     <author>noreply@fubar.com (Ea)</author>
