I AM TRUELY SORRY THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN AROUND MUCH AS OF LATELY. I AM HAVING SOME MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND IT IS HARD FOR ME TO THINK STRIAGHT.I AM SUFFERING FROM Hypertension, WHICH IS HIGH BLOOD PRESURE, NEUROPATHY Neuropathic pain is usually perceived as a steady burning and/or "pins and needles" and/or "electric shock" sensations and/or tickling. The difference is due to the fact that "ordinary" pain stimulates only pain nerves, while a neuropathy often results in the firing of both pain and non-pain (touch, warm, cool) sensory nerves in the same area, producing signals that the spinal cord and brain do not normally expect to receive. AND I ALSO HAVE Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome THIS IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL Reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome (RSDS) is a chronic condition characterized by severe burning pain, pathological changes in bone and skin, excessive sweating, tissue swelling, and extreme sensitivity to touch. The syndrome, which is a variant of a condition known as causalgia, is a nerve disorder that occurs at the site of an injury (most often to the arms or legs). It occurs especially after injuries from high-velocity impacts such as those from bullets or shrapnel. However, it may occur without apparent injury. As the patient reaches stage three, changes in the skin and bones become irreversible, and pain becomes unyielding and may now involve the entire limb. There is marked muscle atrophy, severely limited mobility of the affected area, and flexor tendon contractions (contractions of the muscles and tendons that flex the joints). Occasionally the limb is displaced from its normal position, and marked bone softening is more dispersed. I AM TRYING TO LEARN TO LIVE WITH ALL THE PAIN AS THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE DONE.IT IS KEEPING MY BLOOD PRESURE UP EVEN WITH ALL THE MEDS I AM TAKING.THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.

A REDNECK MIRROR,,,,, I SEEN THIS AND JUST HAD TO ADD IT

After living in the remote wilderness of Kentucky all his life, an old hillbilly decided it was time to visit the big city. In one of the stores, he picked up a mirror and looked in it. Not knowing what it was, he remarked, "How about that! Here's a picture of my daddy." He bought the "picture," but on the way home he remembered his wife, Lizzy, didn't like his father. So he hung it in the barn, and every morning before leaving for the fields, he would go there and look at it. Lizzy began to get suspicious of these many trips to the barn. One day after her husband left, she searched the barn and found the mirror. As she looked into the glass, she fumed, "So that's the ugly WITCH he's runnin' around with!"

just a quick note to let you know, i have not been on for a few days cause i been in the hospital.my heart is causing me problems and i willto under go a heart cath soon. i will be on as my health will allow.please keep me in your prayers. thanks twinkie

My real life sister {SHADOW}as she is known on here got put in the hospital on Tuesday night. She went to the dentist for an abcess tooth that had gotten outta hand. They sent her to the ER and the ER Dr sent her to a hospital an hour away for surgery. They did that yesterday morning at 5am. If she didn't have it, she would have died. The ER Dr and the Dentist said that if she hadn't have went in when she did, she'd have died. I'm just glad that I made her go! So, now that she's had the surgery, I hope she's going to get better. They put a drain in her chin and she has a tracheostomy to help her breathe since there was so much infection in there. There was so much that it was pushing on her airway and her carotid artery. The human body has 9 pints of blood and mom only had 6 1/2. They have been giving her blood as well as a ton of antibiotics. She'll be in the hospital for about a week or more. I hope she comes home soon. PLEASE PRAY FOR HER, THANKS

JUST WANTED TO LEAVE A NOTE,THOSE OF YOU THAT KNOW ME IN REAL LIFE KNOW THAT I HAVE REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY,AND NOW THEY ARE SAYIN I HAVE THE EARLY STAGES OF FIBROMYALGIA. THE ONLY THING I CAN DO FOR EITHER OF THESE PAINFUL THINGS IS STRONG MEDS. I WILL BE ON AS I CAN BUT THE MEDS WILL MAKE ME VERY SLEEPY. PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS. I HHAVE NOT REALLY LOOKED UP THE FIBROMYALGIA SO I AM NOT QUIET SURE WHAT I AM FACED WITH. TAKE CARE, TWINKIES
