When I eat poorly at one mealtime, sometimes my body gets revenge throughout the day....but then another mealtime comes along and I wonder if I should just skip it.
I know skipping meals isn't good so I should drink a supplement shake? Eat dinner? Just try for something light? Or eat nothing and hope for the best? |
