| I'm in a bind. Company is downsizing and I have to reduce my staff, no choice I was told to cut down. I'm stuck as there are 2 good employees one is a young "kid" who started a few months ago and dies a great job and the other a father of 3 who's been here a few years. Problem is the youngster preforms a bit better and has tremendous potential, the father works hard but is not going any farther then his current rank. Either one would be a loss. WTF do I do? |
