I am having a very hard time with my Insurance company. They can never give me an answer on any of my questions. I have been out of work for over a month now, and have been fighting with them the whole time. I have not received a payment or anything from them. There response to me everytime is that my case is under review. I have faxed everything to them, my Dr has too, and so has my therapist"for physical therapy".
So my question now is? Should I just sit around and wait on them to call me? Or should I try to get a new Insurance Company like Aflac???? |
