I've decided that when my VIP expires 7th April I won't be renewing it. I was kinda torn on the idea because I do enjoy finding pics and making up folders but then looked at the overall of the VIP and pic quantity and came to the conclusion there is little point having as many pics up as that.
Its very similar to having so many friends that you cant possibly speak to them or comment every day or you would be glued to the screen! lol!
I am not going to go on about the autos cause you all know what I think about how they have changed the site and I am fully aware that these wont get removed as they are the main money spinner on fubar.
Porl has already taken the decision to not renew his, and I know of other friends that are also doing the same, I would much rather have 320 pics up that mean something than have all these ezee rate pics, fubar tried to do something about them by slowing down the rating but the ezee pics still remain, some are so tiny you cant even make out what they are which makes me feel that when they are rated the people rating arent taking on board the person or even if the pics mean anything to them or their lives.
I appreciate freedom of choice whether you want to put up big pics or ezee rate ones .. I just spelt out my views.
The recession has played a part on my decision to not renew my vip ...and save the money and use towards a holiday in France whilst I am saddened that I wont renew it, I also know if I did renew it I would then be moaning that I'd spent .... on 3 months vip and no one rates lol ...!
Over the years I have made some wonderful friends and they have made me some lovely gifts all are saved on my pc
but when I go back to non-vip I will only be able to have 320 pics on ... some have said why delete them you can keep your pics up to 2500 without a vip but I also know that you cant add anymore on if say someone made a nice tag, Id hate not to be able to add it so it is easier to reduce what I have got.
I hope I dont offend anyone but obviously with reducing pics I will have to take several off that people have made me over time, this is what really saddens me but I have saved them all on a disc
... I am still umming and ahhing over which ones to keep and then worrying that I will offend someone but I love giving tags and receiving them so would rather make some spaces over the next month incase
then I can rotate them each month.
Once again I am sorry that I am having to remove precious pics .. and hope you all understand but with how things are and i dont approve of the charges on fu ... I am left with this decision.

** update to my blog - I have decided to put my treasured tags from friends in my stash ... just couldnt face deleting them .... please check them out :-) ...... im also gonna do a few slide shows with the pics that have been created by friends and put em on my profile page:-) **
