| I've been working the midnight shift for almost five years now and I've never minded it. It's never bothered me to sleep during the day and be awake all night until recently. Lately I haven't been able to sleep during the day and I don't know why. I'm wondering if this means that I should go back to days or just power through in hopes that I'll re-adjust. I love the night shift, but I can't continue to do it on no sleep. So...what do you all think? Do I give it up and go back to a normal routine on days or power through and see if it gets better? |
