We went to a movie. Saw "It's Complicated" with Alec Baldwin and Meryl Streep ... I have never laughed so hard at a romantic comedy in my life. It was really a funny movie. Very situational. The woman a few rows behind us was hysterical.
I highly recommend it to everyone ... I would give it 2 thumbs up.
Just found out from the nutritionist that my triglycerides were 588 and my cholesterol was 280 ... way to high for both areas.
Starting tomorrow morning I am on the same diet that my husband has been on for a month and he is detoxing and losing weight like crazy.
2 berry smoothies with protein powder, organic plain yogurt and flax seed and scrambled eggs for dinner.
with nuts for a snack along with carrot sticks.
I have to start exercising now too ... I hate to exercise.
It has done wonders for my husband and now I am going to try it and see what happens when I have my blood drawn again in 6 weeks.
Going with my husband this morning for a bike ride for about 5 miles before the Seahawks game today ... he is trying to lose some pounds and wants to build his strength back up in his legs after his stroke last year.
It is just amazing that he had his stroke 10 months ago and he is doing so well that he can ride a bike for 5 miles.
My son and I drove for 3 hours south to go to Clackamas Town Center (in Portland OR) in JC Penny's to see Ryan Scheckler (professional skateboarder) to get his autograph and it turns out he is a teenage heart throb too for we waited in line for over an 1 1/2 hours to get the autograph signed picture and my son was the last to get the autograph. The line was filled with screaming teenage girls. See the pics of him and me in line getting the autograph in my stash area.
This idiot (who cannot spell by the way) is one crude little boy (even though he says he is 41). Just because I would not web cam with him (since I dont have a cam) or even call him and listen to him "Cum Hard" over the phone. Called me a dork. And I doubt if he knows what it really means and such a mature thing to say for an older man.
I blocked him rated his pics a 1 and left him a few choice comments.

I will be seeing my doctor today to speak to a nutrionist and learn how to eat properly to correct my hormone levels. Have been feeling down a bit lately and had some test done and it seems that my hormones (of all kinds) are elevated, decreased and have gone sideways since my hospital stay two years ago. This is the same hospital stay I had where I almost died from bleeding ulcers.
So now they will try to correct my hormones through, supplements, precriptions and nutrition ... I sure it hope that will help. Have been feeling blah for months and have been gaining weight and now I find out that it is all because of my imbalance of hormones.
