So I just went through a fast food drive through place, and I was polite while ordering, The person read my order back to me, Me assuming this was a female based on the tone of thier voice I responded "Yes Ma'am", So they reply "drive thru, Sir" I get to the window and apologized to him, And he responded "Its alright I got you back" Now is it Only me or was this bad customer service?
(Just to add after this I had recieved all the wrong food including the wrong drink..leading to me having to go back inside and get it fixed) |
