Carried By Six, a 4-piece act from the California Central Coast. In 2010 released a 4 song EP entitled "Tumult" to itunes; due for print release in 2011. The EP is a long awaited follow-up to their self-titled 2003 release.

With elements of Metal, Industrial, and Disco you'll discover the sound that is Carried By Six.

Formed in 2000, the band has gone through various changes, both personnel and overall sound/music direction, before arriving to it's current lineup and song lineup.

In February of 2001, Carried By Six performed their first live show in support of Electra recording artists Motograter, followed soon after by Metal Cult's "Requiem".

Over the next year, the band would play many venues, including "The world famous" Whisky a Go Go, The Roxy Theatre in Hollywood and the Majestic Ventura Theatre.

In early 2002, Carried By Six released it's first recorded music. The demo received critical acclaim throughout the underground and even broke shore in Italy, Canada and England.

"Misery America" the first single was in rotation on the Australian radio show "The Metal Chamber", as well as showcased in Babylon Magazine, and Italian publication.

In the May 2002 issue of Guitar Player Magazine, Carried By Six had their first article written in a nationally distributed publication.

In 2008, after a short hiatus, Carried By Six reinvented itself with the current lineup.

2010 was a busy year of arranging new shows and getting re-established in the music scene. That year also has a major milestone for the band since early 2002 with opening for the Misfits at the Key Club in Hollywood.

2011 Carried By Six will once again make waves, opening up for Powerman 5000 at the Key Club in Hollywood. Much more to come from Carried By Six!
