OK here ya go, For 4 years now my friend and his wife have worked for my shop.... but as of lately they have been slackin and just being bad employees...
From day one I told them they needed to keep there minds set that work is work and after work hangin out is just that, but when we are at work I am there boss....
So as they have been slippin more and more I told them they need to shape up or they might be done working for me.... And that is what happened... I fired them...
But I not relieze i might have just lost more than a employee, I may have lost a friend..
Do you think we can still be friends or is there no hope???
Cause at this point I don't think I could forget the last two days.... and all the things that they have said.... I know I myself said some harth things but I can't change it... |
