So in my city there has been an eruption of news stories for the past few weeks about malpractice in 5 different medical facilities.
Apparently the head of these southern Nevada endoscopy centers has ordered staff to re-use needles and viles. There have been many cases of hepatitis and HIV reported following the investigation. At least one class action civil lawsuit has been filed thus far for second degree murder for a patient who died in 2006 due to a hepatitis exposure as a result of this neglegence however most people can't prove in court that their diseases were a direct result of this scandal. I moved here recently and am not affected by the outbreak but it seems like we as a community ought to grab a pitchfork and a torch and go to the mothref*cker's house who's responsible, drag him into the street, and publicly execute him. Nobody seems to feel this way, at least nothing has been done as far as vigilanteism goes. What the f*ck!!!?? |
