When you can’t achieve what you think you should,
Take time, notice other’s great mastery.
A scant few live life as they thought they would.
Most languish, bitter and in agony.
The masterful few scarcely worry or fret,
They live now, not in the future of past.
While you and I dream, surely we can bet,
Some have gained precious knowledge that will last,
For they seize each day fearless, with flair
Though most grasp the notion of achievement and fame,
Few take the steps or hardly can bare
The rigors to be the best in the game.
So, rather than curse your awful strife,
Emulate those few successful in life. |
