We do not credit for missed referrals.

If you signed someone up and did not get credit, it could be one of the following:

1. You cheated.
2. The person signing up's browser did not track your referral ID.

We will not investigate, credit or debate referrals.
Here are a few tips to making sure you do get credit. There are NO guarantees that this will work. 99.99% of the time missed referrals are due to user error or the person's computer.

1. Use the "Link to this profile" code on your homepage.
2. Use the INVITE link on the upper left navigation panel.
3 If you are linking banners on another site, please use this referral code. Make SURE you replace with your member ID.

For those who don't know, lostcherry.com is now fubar.com so use this method, it works.

The link will work and if ol futard like me can use it on other sites to increase their points and level, you should be able to figure it out people.

I just had a friend join by using a link I posted out there on the net off of fubar, not through an invite because I did not send them one in the first place and I got paid...hmm, enough said?

Your referal link is useless now, if you dont send the email, you dont get credit period.

Nice of them to notify us of that on the invite page. I signed up 10 people who are all getting points, but I never got my bonus bucks, nor do i get a share of there points.

They shouldnt offer a system of point sharing unless they got the bugs worked out.

i have gotten over 20 different people to sign up and someone else gets all the credit & points because they are listed on my page as who referred me and I did not join under ANY referral nor do I have a clue who this person even is. The blog is clear we're SOL when this happens and it MUST be something WE did wrong and I don't buy that for one second!I mean come on, how can someone be listed on MY page as who referred me when I know darn well no one did! Somethings wrong with this site or this system and I know I resent the finger pointed back at us users as either cheaters or fools that can't follow simple directions and must be doing something wrong. Why offer points or credit for signing up new members to help this site grow but when your not given the credit promised your SOL?

What do you mean by "you cheated." How can someone cheat on this? I sent a referral 3 times to someone and they are on here now as a member, but I never got credit for them. I know it is probably too late now to get credit for them. But I want to know, how is it cheating when you send a link to someone 3 times to get them as a member? Please advise.

Thanks for the info. It really sucks though. I referred a friend & he joined I just didn't get any credit for it. On the referral page, it had the option to send the link in an email & that's what I did. I copied & pasted the link it gave me. I wonder if it has anything to do with us using the same computer??

Amedeo (amedeo@cherrytap.com) did get the credit...He is my best friend. I am listed on his site that he invited me. The problem is that on my site it does not say he referred me, but a path from two other users.
