To invite using the bartab feature:
Hover over the user you want to invite and click on the last "invite to lounge" icon.
*Some members have this disabled, if so this icon will not show*
Select Bad Habitz Radio out of the drop down list.
*You must be in the lounge for the invitation to send* 
Hit invite and it will prompt you that the invite was sent successfully.
*Invite sent only shows if it is sent from a list (i.e. recent salutes)*
