I just recieved an invitation to a child's birthday party. The party is being held for the child of a young lady I can not STAND! I have not even MET this child! I know this person through a friend of mine who tells me that when this lady is around I must put up with her or my friend will leave. I know, some friend..
The invite is for me and my two boys, my kids have never met either the child or the young lady.
What I am wondering is, should we go even though I can't stand her and neither me or my boys have EVER met this child (who is turning 8, my kids are 5 and 6)?
