Here in California a few years ago the subject of Gay Marriage came up, in the states constitution it recognizes marriage as between a man and a woman, The gay / lesbian community fought in court to have it made legal,
then it was brought up for a vote and the majority of Californians voted no, now an openly gay judge is about to rule whether or not the peoples vote is constitutional. Here's my question
Should an openly gay judge be able to rule on a gay rights issue?
A) Yes
or
