So I have been having problems with my picture mail on my cell phone. I called customer service and I get some jerk-off that doesn't know english. What a waste of time! Took me an hour to have him go through his que cards to tell me to do what I have already done...then he tell me that the problem should be resolved in about an hour. Through gritted teeth I accepted that comment...then he reads further on his que cards and asks me if my problem has been resolved to my satisfaction and I wanted to reach through the phone and strangle his un-english speaking thoat but I said if not then he will hear back from me in an hour and to this he laughed....
And they wonder why us Americans have a problem with alcohol....
To make this a mumm do you think any/all customer service should have an excelent english speaking ability and not just a passable ability??? |
