Been bothering me for awhile, and I feel icky and bitchy today, so...
This is what I'm trying to figure out.
If someone sends me a message and says 'I love big, beautiful women. I want to get to know you.' is that supposed to be flattering and impressive, like I should be grateful as a big girl that there's someone out there who love bbw and proclaims it to the ends of the earth? Like us bigger chicks are supposed to fall at his feet for not only giving us a chance, but adoring us because our ass is big? Well, my ass is...so, that's just a for instance. This also applies to height too, as I'm an Amazon.
I mean, how weird would it be if someone wrote to an average or slender girl and said the same thing with the words 'average-sized' or 'slender' replacing 'big'?
And does that mean that as I lose weight, interest will fade?
I'd like to think I'm attractive not because of my size, or despite it, but that it doesn't matter either way.
So, I guess what I'm trying to figure out is:
A. Should we as voluptuous women be flattered that a bbw lover thinks we're hot?
Or
B. Is it just the opposite form of bias that makes certain guys NOT date larger than average or slender girls?
And for those guys out there who are BBW lovers, no offense is meant and I would like to have your input. If I'm wrong I like to be aware of it, even if I don't admit it. *grins*
Did this even make sense? It did in my head....ugh...my head...
