Ok so I've started back to the gym. (Try to contain your shock) Unlike before, I've taken steps to try to make it start well. I actually met with someone to learn the equipment and create a structured program. I am resolved to ignore the stares while I work up to adding weight to the bare bar but for the life of me, I can't figure out the treadmill without stumbling - forget the stair machine!!
Any encouragement or advice for overcoming the first few weeks? |
