Well, I'm an official member of the United States Army!!! I am employed as a Signals Collector Analist... I get to keep my rank, so I'll be going in as an E-3 (yaaaaaaaay...more $$$ for me!) I ship out on February 27th. I'll spend 2 weeks in Fort Jackson, SC (to get new uniforms) and then it's off to Pensacola FL for 23 weeks!! After my training, I'll be home for 2 weeks doing Hometown Recruiting, then it's off to wherever they send me. If anyone wants me to keep in touch with them, I need your address. I WILL write to you when I have time. (between classes and keeping in touch with the ONLY man I'll ever love, I might not have alot of time but I can try) I LOVE ALL OF YOU AND I WILL BE BACK AS SOON AS I GET SETTLED ON BASE AND AS SOON AS I HAVE STEVE WITH ME. MUAAAAAAHS!!!

Well, I did it...all the paperwork is done. All I have to do is go to MEPS and retake my ASVAB, then it's off to training. I don't have to go through Basic again (thank gawd!!!) Here's the info I have so far... 1.) I'll be taking an Intel job...yea I know what you're thinking (don't you have to be smart for that??) fuck you, I'm brilliant 2.) I'll be leaving for training at the end of March or early April 3.) I'll be gone for 20 weeks or more. Yes, that's 5 months! ( intel is serious stuff people...and I have to learn another language so 20 weeks is pretty damn good) 4.) When I get home, I have no idea where I'll be stationed but I DO know I have a wonderful man waiting for me so I'll be ok no matter where I go. 5.) I'm excited as hell! I don't want to go because I'll miss everyone here (believe it or not, I've made some really good friends here) but it's time for me to start my life and settle down. Well, there ya go.
