My neighbor's dog has been driving me nuts for the last few weeks. Pissing in front of my door, barking at all hours of the night and so on... I have called the management to complain several times and nothing has been done about the situation.
Little back ground- I had to give my dog to my brother because my neighbor complained that she was too big and over the weight limit for the apartment complex. (neighbor lady I hate you)
So the question is: Do I..
Get a rubber glove and smear her dogs poo, that she doesn't pick up, all over her door with a note that says " I hate you and your dog"?
